Panda Sprout (熊猫小芽) makes English–Chinese learning books for children. This page explains what information pandasproutkids.com collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Starter pack and email signups: your first name, email address and, if you choose, your child's age range. We never ask for a child's name.
• Reviews you send us: your first name, your child's age, the book, your rating and your review. We publish a review only if you tick the box that allows it.
• Emails you send to hello@pandasproutkids.com.

The Listen & Learn pages that open from the QR codes in our books do not ask for or store any personal information.

How we use it

• To send the starter pack and our emails: new words with audio, printables, and news about books. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To show reviews you allowed us to share, and to improve our books.
• To answer your messages.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run this site and our emails: Netlify (website hosting and forms) and our email service provider, which handle it on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Children

This website is for parents, caregivers and teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any email. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@pandasproutkids.com. We keep your information only as long as you are subscribed or as needed to answer you.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
